Minimum age for booking: staying in the apartment is over 25 or older.

*Parties and noise cannot be held in the apartments and audio systems of any kind cannot be brought
Emder Vacation Homes Ltd. reserves the right to evict the tenant from the apartment without any notice and without refund if the rules the guest has committed to have not been followed.
*You cannot bring animals
*The reservation can be canceled free of charge if there is a closure for the rental period or if a confirmation of entry into isolation for one of the vacationers' family members is presented during the rental period.

Apartments will fine the guest 500 NIS for a late departure.
*At the end of the stay, the apartment must be left as tidy as possible.
If the house remains dirty and filthy, the company will be entitled to collect NIS 300 for cleaning fees.
* If there is a lack of towels in the apartment, the company will charge NIS 50 for each towel

Payment and cancellation policy
In order to confirm your order, you must leave your credit card details for security purposes only. (secure and encrypted system)
An advance payment of a total of 10% must be made if requested.
You can pay in cash on the day of arrival.
Bank transfer can be made up to 3 days before arrival.
Amdar Eilat Vacation Homes Cancellation Policy With cancellation up to one month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 10% of the total reservation. With cancellation up to 14 days before the reservation, you will be charged 50% of the total reservation. With cancellation up to 7 days before arrival, you will be charged 70% of the total reservation The reservation.
